The workplace can be challenging for a variety of reasons. In addition to the usual job demand and stress, women and ethnic minorities face unique challenges including work-life balance, harassment, and glass ceilings.  

To be successful in these often white male-dominated spaces, it is important to understand the barriers and potential pathways to success.

DEI Consulting and Training Services

My DEI plan and services are research and data-driven. It involves a comprehensive assessment of the diversity climate and needs of an organization. Using the assessment results as a guide, I provide various strategies to improve the working environment.
