In this class, you will gain foundational tools to start changing and managing your emotions. 1) Understand and practice breathing mindfulness 2) Learn the difference between natural and manufactured emotions 3) Apply the principles behind Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to start managing and improving your mood
