In this specialty class, you will learn 1) What is trauma and recognize signs of PTSD. 2) Understand the theory behind Cognitive Processing Therapy and the six core areas and thinking patterns impacted by trauma. 3) Start changing your thinking pattern to start recovering from trauma/PTSD
